Passionate vacation property investors. We have been buying, developing, renting and selling small-scale holiday properties in the Alps since 2008.
We are Thomas and Kerstin Langenberg. We live in Schliersee (Upper Bavaria / Germany) with our three children. Actually, we once studied aerospace engineering (Thomas) and computer science (Kerstin).
We spent the first part of our professional life in DAX companies such as SAP or Infineon (Kerstin) or explored the world of strategy consulting (Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey & Company). We also experimented with life as academics at ETH Lausanne, MIT and Harvard in Boston, USA.
We have always been drawn to nature. We were looking for the mountains and the water. In summer for hiking and endurance sports. In winter for skiing and touring. Then came 2008 and, by accident, we discovered our passion for real estate. We started very "profane" with a condominium in Munich (Bavaria).
Now, in 2023, we have turned our passion into a profession. Together we buildstayFritzan (operator) brand for modern holiday accommodation in the Alps. Out of Schliersee. At the same time, we buy, develop and sell small-scale holiday properties throughout the Alps. Our focus is Upper Bavaria and Croatia.
